Direct access to the Verdon from the campsite
No, you’re not dreaming! Not only is our campsite in the Gorges du Verdon, it’s right on the water’s edge… That’s right: the Verdon river runs alongside our campsite for almost 1 km.
Access is direct from the pitches, and our awesome campers love the natural beach where you can lay your towel. The emerald color of the water offers a permanent spectacle for those who enjoy contemplation or photography. Or fishing enthusiasts !
The river borders the campsite for 1 km
Nestled in the heart of the majestic Gorges du Verdon, 8 km from the village of Castellane, our campsite enjoys exceptional proximity to the Verdon River. It’s a haven of peace where you can recharge your batteries while admiring the surrounding natural beauty. Enjoy a spot of fishing, read a good book by the water or simply dip your toes in the water on a hot summer’s day. In season, on Tuesdays and Fridays, when the water is released, the flow is greater. Since 2024, the campsite’s proximity to the water and our attachment to it have earned us the “fishing accommodation” label.
The heated swimming pool at the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence campsite
Reserved for our awesome campers, the swimming pool and paddling pool are open every day from 10am to 7pm from 6/7/24 to 9/22/24.
Both pools are heated , so young and old alike can enjoy them to the full.
Those with a chilly disposition will be able to sunbathe from their deckchairs and admire the view over one of the most beautiful valleys in the Gorges du Verdon.

Our paddling pool is accessible only to our campers, so that children can cool off and enjoy the pleasures of swimming. The paddling pool is a space where children can grow, explore and socialize, under the careful supervision of parents.
